1. CHOOSE THE RACKET YOU WANT TO TRY
2. WAIT FOR DELIVERY
After placing your DEMO order, we will ship within 2 days (time to string!) with 3 day delivery. A prepaid return label (DHL or BRT) will be provided for return shipping should it be needed.
3. TEST THE RACQUETS
From the day of delivery, you will have two weeks to test the racquets.
At the end of the DEMO period for the racquets, you will be able to:
- Keep both (if you ordered two)
- Keep one and return the other.
- Return both.
4. PAY ONLY WHAT YOU KEEP
Depending on your choice, at the end of the two-week DEMO period we will charge you the value of what you keep or only €19.00 for round-trip shipping if you send everything back.
